Philips CX50 Portable Ultrasound Machine system is built on a new platform and architecture in a small, compact design that is ideal for taking premium performance anywhere you need it. PureWave, a clinically proven imaging technology previously available only on Philips premium systems, captures a broad band of tissue information for exceptional clarity and information. Tissue Specific Imaging presets offer a new level of exam automation—transducers are optimized by exam type,
providing excellent images with minimal adjustment. Highly configurable portability enables you to study the most difficult-to-image patients across a variety of clinical needs. The CX50 has sophisticated system controls to help you acquire the best possible data on your patients, including many one-button optimization controls that adjust thousands of system parameters.

The Philips CX50 Portable Ultrasound Machine is a shared service ultrasound machine largely used in radiology and OB/GYN practices for cardiovascular applications. The CX50 launched in 2009 as the first Philips portable ultrasound and soon became recognized as one of the most advanced portable systems in the world. The Philips CX50 continues to this day to be one of the only premium portable ultrasounds that supports both PureWave single crystal and xMatrix transducers

The Philips CX50 Portable Ultrasound Machine features a high resolution monitor for excellent viewing in the most difficult portable environments, and fast system start-up allows you to quickly begin your studies. Wireless and wired DICOM allow flexibility when connecting to your PACS. You can also export your data by DVD and USB media with integrated DICOM viewer.

The Philips CX50  Ultrasound Machine offers assessment and analysis capabilities with QLAB’s Q‐Apps: GI 3D quantification (GI 3DQ), Region of interest (ROI), Intima media thickness evaluation (IMT), Cardiac motion quantification with speckle tracking technology (CMQ), Strain quantification (SQ), and MicroVascular imaging (MVI)
